  The function of the busbar connector is only to connect section by section of the busbar duct(including straight sections and bends,etc.)into a whole,just a joint.Because a busbar circuit is usually tens or hundreds of meters long,and the production of busbars can only be done in sections,with a length of only 6 meters per section,it is necessary to transport them to the site and connect each section with connectors.The principle for setting the connector at the wall penetration of the bus duct connector is that the connector should not be placed inside the wall,because if it is inside the wall,it cannot be repaired in the future,and the high humidity will cause the conductor at the connector to oxidize too quickly,the insulation to age quickly,and even short circuit accidents to occur.

  When the bus duct connector needs to pass through two walls continuously after turning,if the distance between the two walls is more than 500mm and the environment is not too humid,the connector can be set between the two walls.If the distance between the two walls is very close,the connector needs to be set after the bus passes through the two walls,that is,if the bend is longer in sections,the connector should be avoided from the walls.When installing the bus duct,the two ends of the bus duct should be inserted into each other,and insulation bolts should be inserted.The bus connector should be priced,and bowl shaped washers should be inserted.The bolts should be tightened with a torque wrench,and then the joint cover plate should be installed and the joint bolts should be tightened.The maintenance requirement after tightening should be checked with a 0.01mm feeler gauge,which should not be able to be inserted.Insert the starting and ending busbars into their respective factory numbered starting and ending boxes,and fix them to their upper surfaces with a dust plate.Generally,when selecting dense busbars,a comparison is made between their manufacturing materials and their functional capabilities.

  In order to ensure the strength and rigidity of the busbar during use,the outer shell of the busbar needs to be made of cold-rolled galvanized steel plate or aluminum magnesium alloy material with a thickness of not less than 3mm.The busbar connector should be supplied,and generally,aluminum alloy shells should not be used for those with high requirements.When making the shell,the surface of the shell should also be treated with electrostatic powder spraying,which can achieve a good anti-corrosion effect.In this way,the quality of the busbar design is relatively high,which can meet the requirements of multiple customers.When installing the bus duct connector,the bus duct that needs to be installed vertically is fixed by a spring support to prevent it from moving left or right or up and down.To ensure the correct position of the bus duct installed vertically,the base of the spring support must be fixed by hanging a wire to determine the position.

  The weight of the bus duct connector is pressed onto the spring support,causing the spring to be compressed.The pre compression force of the spring must be adjusted so that when the bus duct is in the expected position,the elastic force of the spring is equal to the weight of the bus duct.After the connection between the bus duct and the spring support is fixed,if the bus duct is not vertical,it can be straightened by adjusting the spring force of the left and right spring supports.For example,if the bus duct deviates to the left,simply compress the left spring through the adjustment nut to correct it to the right,or loosen the right spring to achieve straightening.
