  The replacement of cables with bus ducts is a common phenomenon in developed countries,and it also constitutes a development trend in China.The lighting busbar trunking is made of galvanized sheet rolled and formed,with a compact appearance and low cost.But over time,the fatal flaw of this product has been exposed,because the shell is made of less than 1 millimeter cold galvanized steel plate,which is difficult to maintain rust free in the damp environment of the basement for a long time.Most of them will show rust spots after about two years of use.With the passage of time,the rust spots continue to expand,and because the steel plate is too thin,the rust spots quickly rust through.

  There are many differences in the damage of bus ducts under different temperature and humidity conditions,so in practical work,we should pay more attention to the differences in these elements,so as to better optimize the temperature resistance function of bus ducts.The connection of the busbar uses high-strength insulation boards with high insulation,arc resistance,and flame retardancy as connection accessories,and the plug-in busbar is fastened with bolts with insulation sleeves.According to the standard requirements,the plug-in busbar should have a satisfactory overlap area for the busbar,and the gap between the bolt holes and bolts should be small because the busbar slot bolts have added insulation sleeves,making the gap narrower.Therefore,when connecting the main busbars of two bus ducts,the axis lines of the two bus ducts should be strictly kept on the same centerline,and the bolt holes of the busbars and insulation plates of the two bus ducts should be thoroughly aligned.When tightening the bolts,each bolt should be tightened evenly in sequence.

  Prevent the insulation sleeve on the bolt from being damaged by shear forces during the installation process.During the construction process,several incidents were found where the insulation of the bus duct decreased due to damage to the bolt insulation sleeve caused by stress.The grounding connection should be made using a busbar shell that meets the grounding requirements,but when all busbar shells are treated with spray coating,the two sections of busbar ducts must be connected with grounding bolts using wires.Due to the increasing demand for electricity in various construction projects such as buildings and factories,using the original circuit wiring method,namely the conduit method,brings many difficulties during construction.Moreover,when changing the distribution system,it is almost impossible to make it simpler.However,if bus ducts are used,it is very easy to achieve the intention and make the building more beautiful.
