  When installing the composite aluminum alloy enclosed bus duct horizontally,the plug-in box and the composite aluminum alloy enclosed bus duct are integrated,and their installation position is relatively high,which is not convenient for future operation and maintenance.There is no switch installed in the plug-in box,only connecting conductors and cables are installed,and the power supply is introduced into the nearby wall mounted power box.When installing the busbar trunking,it should be understood that when connecting the main busbars of two sections of busbar trunking,the axis lines of the two sections of busbars should be strictly kept on the same centerline,and the busbars of the two sections of busbar trunking should be completely aligned with the bolt holes of the insulation board.

  When tightening the bolts of the bus duct,uniform force is applied to each bolt in sequence to prevent the insulation sleeve on the bolt from being damaged by shear force during installation.This is used for copper with a large width to thickness ratio in dense bus ducts.Due to the low inductance of the busbars in dense bus ducts,their voltage loss is relatively small,making them suitable for high current long-distance lines and increasing the voltage level at the end of the line.During the construction management process,it was found that the insulation of the bus duct decreased due to stress damage to the bolt insulation sleeve.The grounding connection can be achieved by using a busbar shell to meet the grounding requirements,but after all busbar shells are sprayed,the two busbar slots must be connected to the grounding bolt with wires.

  Bus ducts are generally designed for indoor use,and the humidity in the air does not affect the operation of the bus ducts.However,if water enters the bus ducts during use,it will inevitably cause insulation reduction,and long-term operation will cause short circuits and burn out the bus ducts.Therefore,necessary protective measures should be taken for installation methods that may cause water ingress into the bus duct.Due to the increasing demand for electricity in various buildings such as buildings and factories,using the original circuit wiring method,namely the conduit method,brings many difficulties during construction.However,using bus ducts can quickly achieve the goal and make the building more beautiful.
