  Due to the overall length of the enclosed busbar,it is generally divided into several sections at the manufacturing plant.After arriving at the site,each busbar section is connected with bolts.The three-phase busbar conductors are placed inside an aluminum shell and supported by insulators.The upper part of the insulator is equipped with corresponding fittings,and the conductor can slide or be fixed on the fittings.The lower part of the insulator is fixed on a support plate,which is welded inside the body.The enclosed bus duct is protected by an outer shell to eliminate grounding faults caused by external moisture,dust,and foreign objects.The use of phase separation to block the bus also prevents the occurrence of phase to phase short circuits.

  The enclosed bus duct is produced by the factory as a complete set with guaranteed quality,low operation and maintenance,easy construction and installation,and does not require the installation of mesh barriers,simplifying the requirements for civil engineering.The shell,including branch circuits within the unified phase,adopts electrical full connection and multi-point grounding to make the shell basically at equipotential grounding,greatly simplifying and eliminating the risk of personal electric shock.Bolted connections are used between each section of the busbar or between each section of the box.Within a certain length range,a temperature compensation device is installed to block the busbar,which can meet the error of the box within a certain range.The conductor can also meet the error caused by temperature difference or installation.The busbar conductor is connected to the two ends of the busbar conductor by an expansion joint made of multi-layer thin aluminum or copper sheets,and the shell is connected by an expansion joint.

  The connection between the enclosed bus duct and the equipment is bolted,and the conductive contact surface between the bus conductor and the equipment terminal is silver plated or tin coated.Multiple layers of thin aluminum or copper sheets with joints or copper braided wires are used as expansion connectors.In the event of a short-circuit drum fault,the busbar still has the mechanical function of withstanding electrical stress.Therefore,when handling,storing,cleaning,and installing the busbar,several main functions must be considered to not be affected.Therefore,extreme caution should be taken when moving the busbar to avoid vibration caused by the crane moving too quickly,which may cause insulator breakage or box deformation.In addition,when selecting suspension points,excessive bending should be avoided to avoid damaging the busbar;To avoid damaging the paint on the surface of the enclosed bus duct or scratching the surface of the bus box,it is necessary to use a soft rope for lifting.The enclosed bus duct must be placed on a flat surface,but it should not be placed directly on the ground.Wooden blocks should be placed between the enclosed bus duct and the ground.
