  During the installation process of the bus duct,first check whether the conductor connection surface and connector at one end of the bus duct are damaged or bumped to ensure that they are in place,and then use a torque wrench to lock them in place;For the docking type bus duct,the end portions of the two bus duct conductors that need to be connected should be aligned parallel to each other,and then the copper connection piece and insulation partition should be inserted into the phase gap of the bus duct end(one copper connection piece should be clamped on each side of the bus duct,and one insulation partition should be clamped between the copper connection pieces).After confirming that there are no problems,the insulation bolts should be inserted,and attention should be paid to whether the connection holes of the copper connection piece,bus end,and insulation partition are aligned,whether the copper connection piece and insulation partition are in place,and tighten the bolts.

  When assembling straight sections of galvanized cable trays,the main line should be made first,and the hoist and cable tray should be fixed together with butterfly clamps.According to this method,the cable tray should be assembled into shape section by section.The cable trays can be connected with internal or external connectors,equipped with flat pads and spring pads,and fastened with nuts.The technical requirement is that the ambient air temperature should not exceed+40℃,and the average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed+35℃.The lower limit of the ambient air temperature is-5℃.The air is clean,and its relative temperature should not exceed 50%at a high temperature of+40℃.At lower temperatures,larger relative temperatures are allowed.
