After the installation of the bus duct power supply system, perform the following inspection steps
Regarding the installation of bus ducts, everyone should also know that they need to be prepared before installing and using bus ducts. However, regular inspections and maintenance are still necessary even after installation and startup. So, how should the inspection be carried out after the installation of the bus duct is completed? Let me share with you the knowledge of inspection:
During the operation and management of the bus duct, check whether there are any water leaks, sprays, potential sources of moisture in the surrounding environment of the entire social system, and whether there are any biotechnology inspection equipment and accessories that can pose a threat to the system. The section markings should be clear and complete, without any appearance. Damaged and deformed, the insulation resistance of the busbar is greater than 20M Ω. And check if there are any heat sources that affect the temperature rise of the busbar trunking system, check the quantity and specifications of the busbar trunking, and inspect the equipment unpacking point. The installation unit, supervision unit, construction unit, and supplier should jointly classify and file for record. Check if there are any unknown objects entering the bus duct, inspect the components of the bus duct system for defects and corrosion, and ensure that the support spring force is sufficient. Replace immediately after discovering the problem. Then check the equipment and accessories according to the packing list, and verify whether the specifications, quantity, and variety meet the design requirements.
During the long-term development, operation, and management of busbars, regular inspections of joint temperature rise should be conducted annually. The temperature rise of the joint shall be qualified according to GB7251 standard, and shall not exceed 70K (40 degrees Celsius at different ambient temperatures). Check the connection bolts of all busbar joints and the different parts of the conductor contact, as well as whether they are loose. Prevent the joint from heating up due to increased resistance caused by looseness. Check the insulation materials and whether there is aging, and whether the conductive parts have melted or deformed. If there is phase collapse or insulation breakdown, it should be disassembled in sections, inspected with a pressure tester, or the bus duct should be replaced, or the insulation coating treatment should be re applied
