　　Operating procedures for installation of low-voltage bus duct:

　　1.Low voltage.Handling and storage of bus ducts.

　　Busbars shall not be lifted or tied with bare steel wire ropes,and shall not be randomly classified,stacked or dragged on the ground.No other operations are allowed on the cabinet.Students should use multiple lifting and forklift operations to avoid damaging the busbar.Bus ducts should be stored in a dry,clean,and non corrosive gas contaminated warehouse.The soft packing gasket should be clamped between the upper and lower bus ducts and properly stored.

　　2.The low-voltage bus duct adopts the installation trend.

　　When delivering each batch of bus ducts,a trend chart and a detailed trend table should be provided.All produced bus ducts have their own corresponding section numbers,which are numbered in sequence during installation.

　　3.Check the bus duct before installation.

　　Check if the bus duct casing is complete and damaged,and if the bolts on the bus duct casing are loose to ensure reliable bolt connections;Check if the bus duct joints are closed and locked;Measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter,and the resistance value of each section should not be less than 20Ω.

　　Maintenance of bus duct:

　　Voltage technology equipment will not cause casualties to severely affected personnel.Therefore,maintenance of the bus duct can only be carried out after cutting off the working power supply.

　　1.Within 6 months after the installation and use of the bus duct,check whether the joint connection bolts and fixing bracket bolts are loose.After 1 year,conduct a comprehensive inspection,and conduct a thorough internal and external inspection every 3 years

　　2.Check that the total load current does not exceed the main bus current or design current,and check the temperature of the management working environment.

　　Before maintaining the bus duct,check if the bus duct system is powered off!Completely cut off all power to the bus duct!Measure the line voltage with a digital multimeter,confirm that the bus duct system is not live,and then carry out daily management and maintenance of the enterprise.Prevent serious accidents caused by high voltage that may result in personal injury or even death of student operation and management personnel!

　　4.During maintenance,clean the dust on the bus duct with a soft bristled brush,vacuum cleaner,or cotton cloth.During maintenance,special attention must be paid to the clamping torque of the connector and the varying cleanliness of the surface.If the structure of the enterprise is loose or contaminated,the use of resistors will increase,overheating,and even uneven surfaces may cause arcing.

　　5.During the operation of the bus duct,inspect and analyze the entire management system to see if there are any leaks,water sprays,potential sources of moisture,heavy objects that threaten the system,or heat sources that affect temperature rise.Bus duct system,check for foreign objects inside the bus duct.

　　6.Check whether there are defects and corrosion between the main components of the busbar trunking system,and whether the bracket springs have appropriate elasticity.If these problems are found,they can be replaced immediately.

　　7.During long-term operation of the bus duct,the temperature rise of each joint should be checked regularly every year.According to GB7251 standard,the temperature rise of the joint should not exceed 70K.

　　8.Check whether the insulation structural materials have aged and whether the conductive parts of the enterprise have melted or deformed.When the insulation between phases fails,it should be disassembled section by section and checked section by section with a voltage tester to identify the fault,or the bus duct should be replaced,or the insulation coating should be reprocessed.

　　9.Check whether the system plug-in box pins used in the production of bus ducts are in good contact with the bus.

　　Before supplying power to the busbar system again,check the insulation resistance and record it.

　　11.After maintenance,ensure that the busbar meets the original environmental protection level system requirements of the system.
