  The installation,operation,and maintenance of bus ducts should be carried out by professional personnel.There should be a high level of safety awareness and complete safety protection;According to the final design direction of the bus duct,confirm whether there are any changes to the upward obstacles and reserved positions;The installation direction of bus ducts is provided with a routing diagram and a detailed routing list when each batch of bus ducts is shipped.All bus ducts have corresponding line and section numbers,and are numbered sequentially during installation.The connection of the busbar trunking must be firmly installed on the busbar trunking bracket.The busbar trunking should be placed correctly according to the section number,phase sequence,number,direction,and installation mark.When connecting sections,adjacent sections of the busbar trunking should be aligned.After connection,the busbar trunking conductor and shell should not be subjected to mechanical pressure.

  Current is transmitted along metal conductors,and busbars are made of metal materials.In circuits,the function of busbars is to transmit electrical energy.The function of a busbar bridge is to fix the busbar inside,providing support,fixation,protection,heat dissipation,and other functions.The incoming cabinet is mainly a switchgear,which contains equipment such as circuit breakers.There are also busbars inside,and electrical energy enters the cabinet through the busbars to the circuit breakers.It then exits the cabinet through the busbars and travels a certain distance before reaching the transformer,completing the control and protection of the transformer.But the distance from the incoming cabinet to the transformer may be very far.In order to protect the busbar and those who may be close to it,a busbar bridge is used to enclose the busbar and protect it.

  We inspect the conductor connection surface and connector at one end of the bus duct for any scratches or damages.After confirming that there are no issues,we start connecting the two bus ducts to the connector bus.The bus duct conductor should be inserted into the connector for 60MM,and then tightened with a torque wrench after ensuring it is in place;For docking type bus ducts,the end portions of the two bus conductors to be connected should be aligned parallel to each other,and then copper connectors and insulation partitions should be inserted into the gap between the bus ends.After confirming that there are no issues,insert the insulation bolt and pay attention to whether the copper connection piece and partition are securely fastened,then tighten the bolt.After the overall connection of the bus duct,the grounding resistance must be checked with a multimeter in the 1Ωrange.The resistance value should be less than 0.1Ωto ensure the grounding requirements.Before installing the bus duct,check whether the bus duct casing is complete,whether there is damage,whether the bolts of the bus duct casing are loose,and ensure that the bolt connection is reliable;Check if the bus duct socket is closed and locked.
