  The working temperature of the insulation material for enclosed bus ducts is 105℃,and radiation cross-linked flame-retardant winding tape(PER)and radiation cross-linked polyolefin heat shrink tubing with working temperatures above 140℃have been developed.The enclosed bus duct adopts a plug-in device tapping method,which means that the power supply of the main line is tapped to the branch line by using a plug-in method.There is a plug-in box opening every few meters,so tapping is very convenient.The maintenance of bus ducts is relatively simple.A closed bus duct wraps several conductors inside a metal casing,forming a cohesive transmission and distribution system with electrical continuity.Ordinary bus ducts are generally divided into two types:dense insulation type and air insulation type.

  Air insulated type has a simple structure and a high guaranteed current;The dense insulation type has a compact structure and good heat dissipation.During the daily maintenance of the busbar duct,the enclosed busbar manufacturer usually measures the temperature rise of the shell and core bolts,as well as the temperature rise of the joints in the incoming box.If the core bolts are of 4.8 grade,they need to be tightened regularly.If high-strength bolts of 8.8 grade are used,they do not need to be reinforced regularly.Due to factors such as easy wear and tear,aging,and short lifespan of cables,it is necessary to regularly stop inspection and maintenance,and even replace them when inserting bus ducts.The enclosed bus duct adopts the principle of capacitive voltage equalization,and double wall organic insulation materials are laid on the tubular conductor.The number of insulation layers is designed according to the voltage level,so that a series of coaxial cylindrical capacitors are formed between each layer.
