  Before the maintenance of the busbar trunking accessories,a comprehensive power outage inspection of the busbar trunking system is required.All power sources of the busbar trunking accessories should be completely cut off,and a multimeter should be used to measure whether there is voltage in the conductive body.Only after confirming that the busbar trunking system is not electrified can routine maintenance be carried out to prevent high voltage from causing physical injury to operators.Additionally,it should be noted that if the bus duct is operated for a long time,the joint temperature rise needs to be checked regularly every year to ensure that the joint temperature does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.The advantage of producing new busbar trunking accessories is that the insulation partition is extruded as a whole,with only 65%of the original,and fixed torque bolts,which improves work efficiency.Only the insulation partition with bolt holes in the middle improves safety.

  Bus duct accessories belong to the trunk type system,which has the advantages of small size,compact structure,reliable operation,high transmission current,easy tapping and feeding,convenient maintenance,low energy consumption,and good dynamic and thermal stability.They are widely used in high-rise buildings.In the past,the casing of bus ducts was generally formed by bending steel plates or using simple aluminum alloy profiles.Due to the lack of certain waterproof measures for these two types of casings,water is easily immersed in the bus ducts during fire extinguishing or when they are exposed to rain,causing short circuits and resulting in generally low waterproof levels of the entire product,and product quality cannot be guaranteed.

  The overlap size of busbar duct accessory joints shall be made by drilling holes with a drill according to the regulations.When bending the busbar trunking,first make a large sample,and then cold bend according to the size of the large sample.There should be no cracks or significant wrinkles at the busbar bending point.The distance between the busbar bending point and the connection point should not be less than 50mm.The bending degree of multiple busbars should be consistent,and the small bending radius should comply with the specifications.After the busbar is processed,it should be painted with phase paint,but phase paint should not be painted in the following areas:bolt connections and support connections of the busbar,connections between the busbar and electrical appliances,and areas within 10mm of all connections.Polish the busbar joint with sandpaper,remove the oxide layer,tin it,apply electrical composite grease,and protect it for installation.
