  The installation technology requirements for composite aluminum alloy enclosed busbar trunking are high,and the quality of embedded parts on the building structure,the strength of the supporting structure,and the installation accuracy are also high.In order to ensure installation quality,it is advisable to use a theodolite at the construction site to find a uniform height on each embedded part and mark it properly,which can effectively reduce horizontal installation errors.When installing the composite aluminum alloy enclosed bus duct horizontally,the plug-in box and the composite aluminum alloy enclosed bus duct are integrated,and their installation position is relatively high,which is not convenient for future operation and maintenance.

  When installing the enclosed bus duct,the overall structure should be horizontal and vertical,and the bus duct should be installed horizontally.The distance between the two supports should not exceed 2500mm,and the distance between vertical installations should not exceed 3600mm;When installed horizontally,the height above the ground should not be less than 2.2m,and the suspension rod should have technical measures to adjust the level.When laying vertically,the distance from the ground should be at least 1.8m.The installation bracket should be drilled with holes on the channel side panel and fastened with M6-M8 bolts.Brackets should be added at the corners of the busbar and at the connection with the plug-in box.When installing brackets in rows,they should be arranged neatly and spaced evenly.When the terminal box and starting box of the busbar are suspended,they should be fixed with brackets.The brackets on the wall and top plate must be fixed with two expansion bolts,which should be equipped with flat washers and spring washers.

  When the busbar is laid vertically through the top plate,it should be supported and fixed with channel steel on the bottom plate it passes through.When the enclosed busbar crosses the expansion joint or settlement joint of the building,measures that adapt to the movement of the building structure should be taken to prevent the horizontal movement of the busbar connection from causing fracture and affecting the power supply and distribution of the busbar.There is no switch installed in the plug-in box,only connecting conductors and cables are installed,and the power supply is introduced into the nearby wall mounted power box.The enclosed busbar trunking has excellent short-circuit resistance performance.Due to the protection of the aluminum(or weak magnetic steel plate)shell,it can effectively reduce the structural heating caused by eddy currents or circulating currents,lower the temperature of the enclosed busbar shell,reduce electrical energy loss,increase current carrying capacity,and reduce electric power.

  The enclosed busbar duct structure allows for installation and maintenance holes to be freely set at the upper or lower part of the enclosed busbar.For high current indoor enclosed busbars,ventilation louvers are installed on both sides and the lower part of the housing to enhance heat dissipation and reduce temperature rise.The use of double insulation and multi-point connection grounding of the shell significantly reduces maintenance workload and improves safety performance.The use of corrugated pipe expansion joints is simple to install and allows for adjustment of two degrees of freedom in both horizontal and vertical directions.It not only meets the expansion and contraction requirements caused by different temperature drops and thermal expansion and contraction,but also compensates for errors caused by foundation settlement,solving the problems of poor protection level,inconvenient installation,and unreliable operation of traditional sliding plate expansion and contraction devices.
