The size and installation method of the busbar trunking starting box shall be selected according to the site conditions.The plug-in box is selected based on the power of the device being used.For example,if there are 10 units of 65KW electrical equipment that require a 1350A busbar for power supply,then each plug-in box should be selected as 65 multiplied by 2,which equals 130A.If the selected brand does not have a model with 100A,it is necessary to move closer to the larger one,and an internal circuit breaker is necessary because the plug-in box takes power from the straight section of the busbar with 4 claws,which are connected to the incoming line of the circuit breaker and the outgoing line is connected to the electrical equipment with cables.Expansion joints are divided into busbar and equipment expansion and busbar to busbar expansion according to their usage scenarios.They are selected based on the material of the joint,such as aluminum for busbars,copper for equipment joints,aluminum for busbars,and copper for busbars.
