Due to some natural or human factors causing water to enter the dense bus duct, the first thing to consider is the protection level of the bus duct.If the protection level is high,a small amount of water will not cause much damage to it.If the protection level is low,the water must be cleaned before use, otherwise a short circuit may occur. The protection level is IP,for example, the larger the number IP65,the higher its dust and water resistance. If the protection level is low,go directly to the manufacturer and test the resistance between each section of the busbar and the phase to shell. If any section is not within the specified range,it must be replaced completely because it is difficult to dry.The replacement price is estimated to be around 30%-40%of your original busbar slot price.
The laying of bus ducts must be measured on site, and the length requirements for installing cable ducts are high. The height of plug-in switch boxes for dense bus ducts should also be determined according to the design. When the fire protection distribution line is concealed,it should be laid in a non combustible structure, and the thickness of the protective layer should not be less than 30mm.When using exposed laying, metal pipes or metal cable trays should be coated with fire-resistant paint for protection,as metal pipes and metal trays themselves do not have fire-resistant properties. When using cables with insulation and sheath made of non combustible materials, metal pipes and metal cable trays may not be used for protection in the vertical shaft. However, when the line passes through the vertical shaft floor,it must be protected by plate pipes and trays. The upper and lower ends of the pipes and the empty space in the slot should also be sealed and isolated.
Low voltage transmission line wires, cables, cables, branch dense bus ducts, exposed conductive rods, punctured cables, etc.Due to the different heat dissipation performance of different products, the current carrying capacity per square millimeter also varies. The same product, the same specification of wire, passing the same current, will also affect the heat dissipation performance when the temperature rises;Due to different cross-sectional areas in the design, the temperature rise also varies.Of course,as the temperature rises and the resistance value increases, the pressure increases and energy loss also increases. The bus duct is the same, therefore, the calculation of the conductivity density of the bus duct conductor based on the flow rate per square millimeter is incorrect. The structural design, heat dissipation, but different impedances, inductances, and other factors are closely related to the current carrying capacity. The rated current limits the temperature rise to determine the current carrying capacity of the reinforced bus duct.
Bus ducts are generally designed for indoor use,and the humidity in the air does not affect the operation of the bus ducts. However,if water enters the bus ducts during use,it will inevitably cause insulation reduction, and long-term operation will cause short circuits and burn out the bus ducts. Therefore, necessary protective measures should be taken for installation methods that may cause water ingress into the bus duct. When the bus duct passes through a floor, due to various reasons such as production or roof leakage, water accumulates on the floor, which will leak down along the bus duct passing through the floor, causing water to enter the bus duct and reducing its insulation.
