Warning! The lesson of choosing the wrong bus duct accident is too profound! CESKO reminds you to pay attention to these 4 points

Bus ducts, as important transmission and distribution lines, are becoming increasingly common. CESKO: "Only by purchasing high-quality bus ducts can we effectively ensure the safety of our lives and property There are countless examples of serious accident consequences caused by the use of inferior bus ducts.

For example, there was a bread supplier in China who chose a certain brand of bus duct at a low price due to the need to upgrade their factory equipment. However, due to the problem of cutting corners in the products of this brand of bus duct, serious safety hazards were buried. After a period of time, more than 30 production line machines were damaged due to circuit short circuits, resulting in a major safety accident where the entire factory was burned down.

A thousand mile embankment collapsed in an ant nest. No one wants a major safety accident to happen, what we need to do is to prevent it before it happens. Cao Gong reminds that choosing high-quality bus ducts is the only way to truly ensure the safety of one's life and property.

Next, Mr. Cao will take you to see the chaos in the busbar trunking industry.

1、 The chaos in the bus duct stunned your chin

The surface of the inferior bus duct looks great, but in reality, its interior is unbearable to look at. All of this is a trick played by inferior manufacturers to deceive consumers and falsify products in order to save costs, but it is indeed a potential safety hazard for consumers.

The market for bus ducts is mixed, and some manufacturers often attract customers with the "lowest price". Cao Gong can easily list some common problems when choosing bus ducts:

1. Copper at both ends and aluminum in the middle

Aluminum has lower conductivity than copper and is also cheaper in price. Some manufacturers deceive customers by using aluminum bars instead of copper bars in the middle of bus ducts in order to save costs, which poses a safety hazard to customers' electricity consumption.

2. Poor insulation material quality

Some manufacturers may use inferior insulation materials to wrap the bus duct conductors, such as heat shrink tubing or low-grade polyester tubing supported by inferior materials, resulting in poor insulation and heat resistance. After use, it is easy to cause the bus duct to heat up and short circuit, thereby affecting the overall service life of the bus duct.

3. Welding soft connections

If welding is performed between soft connections, oxidation and heat generation are more likely to occur, which in turn affects the conductivity and lifespan of the bus duct.

4. Poor welding process

Poor welding process of bus duct can lead to fracture at the welding point of the shell, which in turn affects the mechanical strength and service life of the bus duct.

5. Cutting corners in tin plating

Tin plating is used to increase the conductivity and oxidation resistance of bus conductors. If the tin plating layer is too thin, it is more likely to cause oxidation corrosion on the surface of the bus duct, thereby affecting its overall life.

6. Brass replaces purple copper

Some manufacturers may use T3 brass instead of T1 and T2 copper to save production costs. However, T3 brass generally has low purity and resistance that does not meet the conductivity requirements, which can lead to poor electrical performance of the bus duct, increased power consumption, and even short circuits due to high temperature rise.

7. The shell is as thin as cicada wings

Some manufacturers use aluminum shells as thin as cicada wings, which are more prone to deformation, have low mechanical strength, and are easily damaged.

8. Poor connection structure

Poor connector connection structure can easily lead to structural looseness, breakage, and moisture damage at the connection of the bus duct. In severe cases, the bus duct may be burned due to short circuit. The copper plate in the connector shown in the figure will corrode after being dampened, resulting in decreased conductivity and increased power consumption.

9. Side panel without heat sink

Some manufacturers, in order to save costs, use shell side panels without heat dissipation structures in the production of bus ducts, which is not conducive to the heat dissipation of bus ducts and can also reduce the service life of bus ducts.

The bus duct required for commercial electricity requires 100% of the N (zero) line as the main phase line, but some merchants may cut the N (zero) line in half to save costs and deceive consumers. The halving of the N (zero) line will bring serious safety hazards, just like the example of cutting corners by only 2 centimeters, which resulted in a short circuit and burning of the entire bus duct during use.
