As a new type of power distribution method, enclosed busbar trunking has emerged, which fully demonstrates its superiority in high current transmission compared to traditional cables; The contact resistance and temperature rise at the connection points at both ends of the enclosed bus duct and the junction of the distribution port are improved, and insulation materials are used in the bus duct to enhance its safety and reliability.A closed busbar trunking is a busbar system composed of metal plates as protective shells, conductive bars, insulation materials, and related accessories. It can be made into plug-in enclosed busbars with plug-in junction boxes at regular intervals,or into feeding enclosed busbars without junction boxes in the middle.
The enclosed busbar trunking in general buildings is composed of the main feeding type enclosed busbar, and the end part is a plug-in type enclosed busbar with multiple plug-in distribution boxes.Enclosed bus ducts in construction projects are generally installed in basements, electrical wells, and other locations, and should not be used in damp and corrosive gas environments. For large spaces with dense mechanical and electrical installation pipelines,it is necessary to comprehensively arrange the mechanical and electrical installation pipelines according to the site space and the performance of various professional pipelines.Due to the special physical characteristics of enclosed bus ducts, their installation requires a high level of space, and unnecessary bends and turns should be avoided during installation.
On the one hand,it can effectively save costs while ensuring easy installation and maintenance in the later stage; The layout process should avoid the busbar being too close to the heat source. As a special distribution method, the enclosed busbar trunking will experience temperature rise due to long-term high current transmission. If it is close to the thermal pipeline or exhaust duct,it will cause abnormal temperature rise in a certain section of the enclosed busbar trunking, affecting the transmission efficiency and posing certain safety hazards. When the bus duct is installed vertically,a load-bearing channel steel base should be installed on each floor, and the channel steel base should be reliably fixed to the floor slab with expansion bolts.
Special spring supports need to be installed on the load-bearing channel steel base, which are generally installed on both sides of the enclosed bus duct.Fixed brackets should be installed at regular intervals, usually on structural beams. The installation of horizontal supports and hangers for enclosed bus ducts should be consistent in height with the installation of bridge supports and hangers. The spacing between supports and hangers should not exceed two meters, and each section of enclosed bus duct should have at least one support. The support and hanger should be installed firmly, and when using metal suspension rods for fixation, attention should be paid to the size of the screw rod.The fixed position of the fixed bracket for the enclosed bus duct should be selected at a reliable location on the wall, usually at the wall ring beam or pre embedded with concrete blocks.
