When the enclosed bus duct is installed vertically,a load-bearing channel steel base should be installed on each floor.The channel steel base should be reliably fixed to the floor slab with expansion bolts.Special spring supports should be installed on the load-bearing channel steel base,which are generally installed on both sides of the enclosed bus duct.In addition to the load-bearing channel steel base on the ground,fixed brackets should also be installed in the middle of the vertical section of the enclosed bus duct.The function of the fixed bracket is to ensure the vertical reliability of the enclosed bus duct,and to avoid the deflection of the enclosed bus duct due to its own weight or other reasons over time.

　　The fixed position of the fixed bracket for the enclosed bus duct should be selected at a reliable location on the wall,usually at the wall ring beam or pre embedded with concrete blocks.Before installing the enclosed bus duct,the insulation resistance between each phase,phase to zero,and phase to ground of each section of the enclosed bus duct should be measured and recorded.The insulation resistance should not be less than 20MΩ.When installing the horizontal section of the enclosed bus duct,it should be installed from the power supply side to the load side.When the enclosed bus duct is connected and plugged,impact installation is not allowed,and manual dragging can be used to insert the connector.

　　After the preliminary connection of the enclosed bus duct is in place,the plug-in part should be cleaned,the protective plate should be installed,and the tightening bolt should be connected with a torque wrench.It is not necessary to tighten and lock it temporarily.When installing enclosed bus ducts,it is necessary to ensure that the installation is straight and the horizontal or vertical deviation values meet the requirements.When installing the vertical section of the enclosed bus duct,it should be installed from bottom to top.During installation,first fix the lower section of the enclosed bus duct,and then tie and lift the remaining upper end enclosed bus ducts with ropes such as nylon ropes that do not damage the shell.Then slowly insert the connector using the weight of the enclosed bus duct.

　　The connector of the enclosed bus duct should be installed in good condition,without mechanical damage or foreign objects entering.The insulation board at the joint of the enclosed bus duct should be intact,and the rest of the connector should be installed in the same way as the horizontal section.After the enclosure of the vertically installed enclosed bus duct is connected and fixed to the spring support,the compression amount of the spring support should be adjusted according to the manufacturer's technical documents to meet the requirements.The entire enclosed bus duct is fixed to the horizontal support bracket using a pressure plate to secure the enclosed bus duct to the horizontal bracket,avoiding lateral movement.
