  Each unit of the dense bus duct requires a grounding terminal,which is usually made of copper and has a sturdy grounding mark.The grounding installation of the plug-in box for dense busbar trunking inspection requires a special grounding bolt in the plug-in box.When the rated current of the output circuit is less than 630A,the grounding bolt should be M8,and the M8 copper nut should be welded to it on the outer shell of the distribution box.There should be a grounding mark on the grounding terminal,and there should be a grounding wire lead out hole on the box shell.It is unreliable to use the fixing screw of the equipment bottom plate of the low-voltage circuit breaker as a grounding screw.

  Drilling holes for docking bolts in the plug-in box is unreliable,and there should be a PE terminal block in the distribution box.The insulation requirement is that the insulation resistance between the phase line,shell,and neutral line of each unit bus channel must be greater than 20MΩ,and the resistance between two unpainted points on the equipment bus duct should not exceed 0.1Ω.The cutting surface should be flat and free of burrs,the distance between the hole and the edge of the busbar should be different,the tin lining should be flat,the overlapping surface should be flat,the insulation packaging paper should not enter the overlapping surface of the busbar,the busbar overlapping holes should be concentric and easy to fix,damaged busbar insulation boards should be replaced and should not be damaged or scattered.

  The spacing between dense bus ducts varies,with no burrs at the bottom and a flat contact surface.After inserting the plug-in box into the bus duct,the pins of the dense bus duct must not be exposed.Anti reverse plug connectors should be installed in the plug-in box and bus duct to prevent power short circuits.Their fixation is completed by mechanical structures and will not affect electrical performance.Soft connections should be used between the input terminals of the circuit breaker in the plug-in box.In the absence of direct sunlight,no scars can be seen at a distance of 1m.Except for gaskets that have been blackened,other fasteners must also be galvanized,and screws should be tightened without slipping.

  The internal temperature of the dense bus duct increases,the voltage drop increases,and the temperature rise also reduces the mechanical strength of the bus duct.After being heated,the stress of metal conductors begins to relax,thereby reducing their mechanical strength;Reduced safety factor,the high temperature of the shell easily burns people,and the temperature rise affects the surrounding environment temperature.During the operation of dense busbar trunking,it is necessary to continuously check whether there are leaks,water sprays,or hidden moisture sources around the entire system,whether there are any organisms that pose a threat to the system,inspect equipment and accessories,and ensure that the section markings are clear and complete,with no damage or deformation to the appearance.The insulation resistance of the busbar should be greater than 20MΩ.
