  We first check the conductor connection surface and connector at one end of the bus duct for any scratches or damage.After confirming that there are no issues,we will start connecting the two bus ducts to the connector bus.The bus duct conductor should be inserted into the connector and locked in place using a torque wrench;The plug-in bus duct should align the ends of the two bus duct conductors that need to be connected parallel to each other,and then insert the copper connecting piece and insulation partition into the phase gap at the end of the busbar.After confirming that there is no problem,insert the insulation bolt.

  We pay attention to whether the connection holes of copper connectors,busbar ends,and insulation partitions are aligned,whether the copper connectors and insulation partitions are clamped in place,and tighten the bolts.The busbar trunking bracket must be installed firmly.The busbar trunking should be placed correctly according to the section number,phase sequence,number,direction,and installation mark.When connecting sections,adjacent sections of the busbar trunking should be aligned.After connection,the busbar trunking conductor and shell should not bear mechanical stress.After the overall connection of the bus duct,the grounding resistance must be checked with a multimeter in the 1Ωrange.The resistance value should be less than 0.1Ωto ensure the grounding requirements.

  Before installing the busbar slot plug-in box,the safety baffle at the busbar slot plug-in hole should be opened.The switch inside the box should be pushed to the OFF position first,and the plug-in box pins should be inserted into the busbar slot in phase sequence from the busbar slot socket,ensuring that they are inserted in place.After the installation of the plug-in box,the claw shaped clamps at the front and rear should be fixed on both sides of the bus duct and the screws should be tightened.When installing a plug-in box with a large switch vertically,a load-bearing support arm should be added to the bottom;When installing horizontally,load-bearing clamps should be added to prevent instability.

  The contact resistance and temperature rise at the connection points at both ends of the bus duct and the junction of the distribution port are improved,and high-quality insulation materials are used in the bus duct,thereby enhancing the safety and reliability of the bus duct and making the entire system more complete.Due to the shell being made in the form of a tile groove,the position of the groove intentionally separates and fixes the busbars,with a spacing of 18mm between the busbars.The ventilation between the lines is good,which significantly improves the moisture-proof and heat dissipation functions of the busbar trough,making it more suitable for the southern climate;Due to the gap between the wires,the temperature rise of the wires decreases,which increases the overload capacity and reduces magnetic oscillation noise.
