The connection point of the bus duct should not be at the through wall position.When installing the through wall hole of the bus duct,there should be no sewage or debris entering the interior of the bus.The bus duct plug-in feeding hole(branching interface)should be located in a reliable and easy to install and maintain place.Expansion(expansion)joints should be installed when the straight length of the bus duct exceeds,and settlement(expansion)joints should be installed at the expansion or settlement joints where the bus duct crosses the building.When laying the bus duct horizontally,the height above the ground should not be lower than,but it should be laid in the electrical dedicated room.When the bus duct is installed horizontally on the support and hanger,it should be fixed with a horizontal fixing plate.
External connection bridges are suitable for substations with short lines and significant changes in load curves.Bus ducts can be made into plug-in closed busbars with plug-in junction boxes at regular intervals,or into feeding closed busbars without junction boxes at the center.They are busbars that use metal shells to close the main busbar.Bus duct has a series of characteristics such as compact design,high insulation strength,large transmission current,good AC function,stable electrical function,easy equipment repair,and long service life.It is widely used in the connection of power supply and distribution systems in industrial and mining enterprises,high-rise buildings,and public facilities.
The contact resistance and temperature rise at the connection points at both ends of the bus duct and the junction of the distribution port are improved,and high-quality insulation materials are used in the bus duct to enhance its reliability and make the entire system more complete.After all bus voltages disappear,the dispatcher shall immediately turn on the switches that may be called(including bus coupler switches)and notify the operation team to conduct external inspection on the bus.When the voltage of the bus slot disappears due to a fault and there are obvious short-circuit signs(such as flames,explosions,smoke,etc.),the operation team personnel shall not resume the operation on their own and shall conduct a detailed inspection of the bus equipment.
If the components connected to the busbar fail or the parallel switch fails,causing the busbar to lose voltage,a detailed inspection of the busbar should be conducted.After isolating the faulty components in the busbar duct or opening the knife doors on both sides of the fault diversion switch,the busbar should quickly resume operation and be discharged from another parallel device.Bus ducts have good applications in some high-rise buildings and large factories,mainly used in power supply systems to simplify power system wiring.During the operation of the bus duct,it will be cold and hot at times.The insulation layer will remove moisture when it is hot and absorb moisture when it is cold,which will cause a decrease in insulation quality and loose and oxidized joints.
