  When connecting copper busbars to aluminum conductors,the busbar should use copper aluminum transition bars or clamp copper aluminum transition plates.The operators must be qualified professional electrical installers,and non professionals must leave the site.During power transmission,the bus duct system must not carry any electrical loads,all distribution devices must be in a disconnected state,and the span of the bus duct installation must not be too large.The fireproof busbar trunking consists of an outer shell coated with fireproof coating,busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape,and brackets made of fire-resistant insulation materials.There are multiple grooves on the bracket,in which busbars are embedded and fixed.

  The busbar trunking adopts busbar outer protective fireproof board and fire-resistant high silica or rock wool insulation layer,and uses fire-resistant busbar poured from volcanic rock;Adopting epoxy resin casting and outsourcing high silica wool or rock wool insulation materials to achieve fire resistance performance.The internal busbar of the bus duct is wrapped with mica tape and wrapped with high silica wool or rock wool as insulation layer to achieve fire resistance.The bus duct adopts a reasonable phase line tightly stacked structure design,with a compact appearance and small volume.The bus system has the advantages of low impedance,voltage reduction,and good dynamic and thermal stability.
