Each section of the enclosed busbar consists of three parts:the outer shell, the conductor, and the insulator. The outer shell and the conductor are relatively fixed in position through the insulator. In order to achieve good sealing of the enclosed busbar, the contact surface between the insulator base and the aluminum cover plate of the base is tight, and a circular rubber gasket is added between the two contact surfaces. Most of the connections in enclosed bus ducts are made through welding, and the outer shell of the enclosed bus is made of aluminum. The aluminum plate is prone to react with oxygen, forming a dense and difficult to melt oxide film on its surface. The specific gravity of the oxide film is also high, making it difficult to float out of the molten pool and form weld slag inclusions.
Liquid aluminum can dissolve a large amount of hydrogen gas, while solid aluminum hardly dissolves hydrogen gas. Therefore, when the molten weld metal is rapidly cooled and solidified, hydrogen gas cannot be released in time, and it is easy to accumulate and form pores in the weld seam;Factors such as humid welding environment can also affect the sealing performance of the welding joint.Due to the long enclosed busbar,it is not possible to weld it directly before leaving the factory. It can only be transported in sections to the site for welding and assembly.Bumps and collisions during the journey can cause deformation of the enclosed busbar, making it difficult to fit tightly during installation.Do not apply glue where it should be applied inside the enclosed busbar,do not install asbestos pads where it should be installed, and do not install sealing rings where it should be installed.
The enclosed busbar trunking has high safety and reliability,as well as good short-circuit resistance,in the process of power transmission. It also has a safety design that can effectively reduce the heating of steel structures around the enclosed busbar. The product has been tested and certified by authoritative departments such as the regional high-voltage electrical research institute, and is used for current transmission between the outgoing lines of the generator unit and the low-voltage side of the main transformer or between the low-voltage side of the plant transformer and the high-voltage distribution device. The busbar conductor and insulator are enclosed in a grounded shell, and external objects cannot come into contact with the conductor to prevent phase to phase short circuit accidents. It can also eliminate the pollution of external moisture and dust on the insulator and metal, protect the safe and reliable operation of the current carrying conductor, and have a protection level of up to IP54.
The integral aluminum shell adopts electrical full connection and multi-point grounding throughout the entire circuit, making the entire shell basically in an equipotential state, simplifying the grounding method, and eliminating the risk of electric shock. The high-voltage common box bus duct adopts air insulated insulation, and heat shrinkable insulation sleeves can also be added to the bus according to user needs.Heaters and respirators can be installed inside the box to eliminate condensation and strengthen bus insulation. The magnetic field generated by the busbar conductor carrying a large current outside the shell can be shielded by the integral aluminum shell circulating magnetic field, which can avoid induction loss and heating problems in the busbar shell.
