During the assembly process,if the ends of the busbar are not aligned with the outer shell,use a wooden or rubber hammer to gently strike and adjust slowly.Do not use metal objects or force to strike.If the lengths of the busbars in each phase are different,adjust the distance between the two ends to evenly distribute the error.Do not accumulate errors at one end.After the fixing of the busbars and side plates in the dense busbar trunking is completed,it is necessary to carefully check whether there are screws,nuts,or other debris inside the busbar trunking to ensure that all debris is removed before covering the cover plate.The bolts on the busbar side and cover plate should be locked tightly,and the pressure should be uniform.There should be no missing bolts on all bolts.
The inspection of dense busbar ducts is particularly important due to the layout characteristics of dense busbars themselves.Each functional unit must undergo strict inspection through the busbar inspection line before being stored.Products that fail the inspection cannot be stored.In addition to inspecting the appearance of the air type busbar,it is important to conduct a voltage withstand test of 3750V for 1 minute on each unit of the dense busbar.Only products that pass the test can be stored,and products that fail the test can be returned to the installation process.After dismantling,gross defects and their causes can be identified,and after rework and disposal,a voltage withstand test can be conducted again until they pass before they can be stored.
