After the bus voltage disappears completely,the dispatcher shall immediately pull off the switches(including buscouple switches)that may come in and notify the operation team to conduct external inspection on the bus.In our daily lives,there are always situations where wires are exposed.If they are crushed or exposed to sunlight,it is easy to damage the wires,causing electrical leakage and other dangers.At this time,equipment is needed to protect the wires,and bus ducts are such equipment.When the voltage of the bus duct disappears due to a fault and there are obvious signs of short circuit(such as flames,explosions,smoke,etc.),the operation team personnel shall not resume operation on their own and shall conduct a detailed inspection of the bus equipment.

　　Bus ducts with sockets can be easily connected to power supply branches through plug-in head boxes or plug-in switch boxes.Bus ducts have the advantages of small size,compact structure,high transmission current,and easy maintenance.The installation of busbar trunking can be directly connected from the transformer to the low-voltage distribution cabinet,or directly connected from the low-voltage cabinet to the distribution system as a distribution main line.The bus duct ensures long-term normal operation in the following environments:;Altitude not exceeding 2000m;The ambient air temperature is between-5~+40℃,and its average temperature is not higher than+35℃within 24 hours;The air is clean,with a relative humidity not exceeding 50%at temperatures as high as+40℃,and allowing for higher relative humidity at lower temperatures;For example,at+20℃,it is 90%,but it should be considered that due to temperature changes,there may be occasional moderate condensation.

　　Before maintenance of the busbar channel,the distribution cabinet must be powered off and labeled with a"manned,strictly closed"sign.There should be a dedicated person in front of the cabinet for supervision.Before starting maintenance work,verify the electricity and discharge,and use a grounding rod to short-circuit and reliably ground the phases before proceeding with the operation.The storage of busbar channels should be placed indoors in a dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture,rain and snow from invading,and to prevent dust or foreign objects from entering the channels.The purpose of high-voltage bus duct is to provide electrical connections between transformers and high-voltage distribution panels,power supply systems in large factories and mines,large substations,and self owned power plants of large enterprises,as well as electrical connections between generators and step-up transformers.It can be widely used in transmission systems below 10KV and up to 2000A.

　　The busbar channel that has been put into operation should tighten the busbar joint bolts and check the contact condition of the busbar joints within three months.The busbar channel that is put into operation should be inspected at least once a year to tighten all fixing bolts,especially the busbar joints,observe whether there is poor contact or burning caused by overcurrent at the joints,and take appropriate measures.Shake the meter to test the insulation level and check if the insulation material is aging.Connection between busbar channel and grounding grid;Clear absorption of internal and external dust and condensation.
