Fire resistant bus duct,as the name suggests,is a bus duct with good fire resistance performance.It is the preferred choice for power transmission of fire-fighting equipment.We know that the temperature resistance of most fire-resistant cables is below 200°C,and the fire resistance test is below 850°C.Therefore,in the event of a fire,fire-resistant cables have a very short fire resistance time,so many projects are equipped with fire-resistant bridges.Some fire-resistant bridges are usually coated with fire-resistant paint.It is possible that the bridge can delay temperature transmission for about 200 minutes,but it cannot truly solve the fire resistance of 850°C.Nowadays,some specially produced fire-resistant bridges have an insulation layer of about 10 centimeters,which can withstand temperatures above 850℃.The installation of fire-resistant cables on cable trays can solve the performance of withstanding 850℃,but this solution does not have truly fire-resistant cables and bridges.Considering the current carrying capacity of the test,due to the 10cm insulation layer of the fire-resistant bridge that cannot dissipate heat,the current carrying capacity of the cable is unknown.Therefore,the specifications of the fire-resistant cable are determined in the configuration.All fire-resistant bus ducts are made of insulation materials that can withstand high temperatures above 500℃,and the insulation layer is made of insulation materials that can withstand high temperatures above 1000℃.The fire-resistant bus duct adopts a steel shell shell and has passed a high-temperature fire resistance test at 950°C for 90 minutes to 3 hours.At the same time,full load current testing,waterproof testing,and a complete set of bus duct standard testing were also conducted,making the design and selection easy.Can ensure the current carrying capacity and power supply stability of fire-fighting equipment.
The shell and insulation layer of the fire-resistant bus duct can be made of fire-resistant design materials with high temperature resistance of≥1100℃and insulation structural materials with high temperature resistance of≥300℃.The fire resistance time of the product is 60 minutes,90 minutes,120 minutes,and 180 minutes respectively.When the temperature can reach 920℃,it will burn at a high temperature of~1050℃and can operate at full load for more than 8 hours.
Fire resistant busbar trunking:ordinary busbar trunking or busbar trunking with fire barriers for preventing smoke spread.A part of the shell is coated with fireproof coating to reach the fire scene within the specified time and transfer heat to the interior.The busbar trunking can operate normally and the fire temperature can reach 800 degrees.The time cost of refractory materials is 30 minutes,40 minutes,and 60 minutes respectively.
