4.During the operation of the mineral volcano fire-resistant bus duct,it is necessary to conduct discrete inspections and check the entire management system design for leaks,water sprays,and potential sources of moisture,as well as for the presence of heavy objects threatening the composition of the system and bus lanes.The system temperature rise constitutes the affected heat source.Check if there are any foreign objects entering the bus duct.Check whether the main components of the busbar system are intact and rusted,and whether the bracket springs have appropriate elasticity.If these problems are found,they can be replaced immediately.
5.When the mineral volcanic rock refractory dense bus duct is in long-term operation,the joint temperature rise should be checked regularly once a year,and the joint temperature rise should not exceed 70K according to the GB7251 model.Normal(at an ambient temperature of 40℃).Check the connection bolts of all busbar joints and the different parts of the conductor contact,as well as whether they are loose.Prevent the joint from heating up due to increased resistance caused by looseness.Check the insulation material and whether there is aging.Is there any phenomenon of melting and deformation of conductive parts?If there is an indirect or insulation breakdown problem,it should be dismantled section by section and checked with a pressure testing machine to identify the root cause of the problem,or the bus duct should be replaced,or the insulation coating should be re applied.
6.Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the bus duct to ensure smooth heat dissipation of the bus duct power supply system.
