Check the operation of the bus duct for leaks, water spray, potential sources of moisture, and biological threats to the entire system. Check the technical equipment and accessories, the cross-sectional design markings should be clear and complete, the appearance should be free of damage or deformation, and the insulation material resistance of the busbar should be greater than 20M Ω. And check if there are any heat sources that affect the temperature rise of the busbar trunking system, check the quantity and specifications of the busbar trunking, and inspect the equipment unpacking point. The installation unit, supervision unit, construction unit, and supplier should jointly classify and file for record. Check if students have any unknown objects that can enter the bus duct, inspect the main components of the bus duct system for defects, corrosion, and whether the elasticity of the brackets is sufficient. Replace immediately after discovering the problem. Then, the equipment and accessories can be checked according to the packing list to ensure that their specifications, quantities, and varieties meet the requirements of educational design development.

When the busbar is running for a long time, the joint temperature rise should be checked regularly once a year. According to the GB7251 standard, a joint temperature rise of no more than 70K is considered qualified (ambient temperature of 40 degrees). Check whether the connecting bolts and conductor contacts of all busbar joints are loose. Prevent the joint from heating up due to increased resistance caused by looseness. Check the insulation materials and whether there is aging, and whether the conductive parts have melted or deformed. If there is phase to phase connection or insulation breakdown, it should be dismantled in sections and checked with a voltage tester to identify the fault, or the bus duct should be replaced or the insulation coating should be re applied.
