6. On site production technology equipment: temporary working power supply, impact drill, cutting machine, welding machine, etc;
7. Locking device: screwdriver, m6-16 wrench, socket wrench, torque device;
8. Testing technology equipment: tape measure, level, fine wire hammer, 500V megohmmeter
2、 Installation steps for dense busbar trunking
1. Final design to the busbar mouth, confirm if there are any changes in the upward obstacles and reserved positions;
2. Produce and install brackets for the installation of bus ducts;
3. Perform insulation testing before installation;
4. Bus connection between lifting slots and sections;
5. Correction, adjustment, and inspection before installation;
6. Connect the production busbar trunking and distribution system equipment (switchgear, transformers, etc.);

3、 Installation regulations for dense bus duct
1. Loading, unloading, and storage of bus ducts. Bus ducts shall not be lifted or tied with bare steel wire ropes. Bus ducts shall not be randomly stacked or dragged on the ground, and other operations shall not be carried out on the shell. Multi point lifting and forklift shovel transportation should be adopted. Do not harm the bus duct when placing it. A clean and non corrosive gas contaminated warehouse with flexible packaging spacers at the top and bottom of the bus duct, and properly stored.
2. The installation direction of each batch of bus ducts is accompanied by a directional diagram and a detailed directional table when they are shipped. All bus ducts have corresponding branch numbers and are installed according to their numbers. Check the signs one by one.
3. Before installation, check whether the casing shell is complete and damaged, check whether there are loose bolts on the casing shell, ensure that the bolt connection is reliable, check whether the casing slot plug interface is closed and locked, and measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter. Each resistance segment should not be less than 10m Ω.
4. We must install a sturdy busbar trunking bracket and correctly place the busbar trunking according to different section numbers, phase sequences, numbers, directions, and installation company logos. When connecting segments, adjacent segments of the bus duct should be aligned. After connection, the busbar conductor and the casing shall not be subjected to mechanical pressure.
Connection and installation steps: First, check if the busbar duct and connector at one end of the wire connection surface are damaged. After confirming that there is no harm, start connecting the two bus ducts to the connector bus. Insert the conductor of the bus duct into the connector 60mm and ensure it is in place. The rear torque wrench is locked; But for docking bus ducts, the ends of the two connected bus conductors should be aligned parallel to each other, and then copper connecting pieces and insulation partitions should be inserted into the neutral position of the bus end (there is a copper connecting piece sandwiched between the left and right sides of each phase bus, and insulation partitions are sandwiched between the copper connecting pieces). After confirming that it is harmless, the grounding resistance must be checked with a multimeter of 1 Ω after the overall connection of the bus duct. Resistance less than 0.1 Ω, ensuring grounding requirements.
5. The installation of bus ducts should be carried out horizontally. When installing bus ducts horizontally, the height above the ground should not affect the development of less than 2.2m, but they should be laid in electrical rooms in China (such as distribution rooms, motor rooms, electrical construction shafts, technical access floors, etc.); The distance between the bus duct and the wall is generally not less than 0.1m, and the distance from the top to the floor, ceiling, and beam bottom is required to be not less than 0.1m.
Installation of two horizontally adjacent bus ducts: the center distance of the bus duct shall not be less than 0.35m, the edge distance shall not be less than 0.1m, and the spacing between support points shall not exceed 2.5m for horizontal laying of bus ducts (such as for large-span and high-strength bus duct laying in workshops, the spacing may be greater than 6m). When the bus duct is horizontally installed on a bracket or hanger, the fixing pressure plate should be fixed with technical proficiency. The connection point of the bus duct should not be at the wall penetration point. When installing the bus duct through the wall hole, no sewage or debris should enter the bus. Bus duct plugs and feeding holes should be located in safe, reliable, and convenient places for installation and maintenance. When the length of the bus duct is greater than 60m, expansion joints should be installed, and settlement joints should be installed at the intersection of the bus duct and the building.
6. When installing the bus duct vertically, the vertical transportation distance between the connector and the ground should not be less than 0.7m. The vertical spatial distance between the connector and the concrete floor should not be less than 0.3m, and the distance from the back wall of the bus duct should not be less than 0.1m. When the bus duct is installed vertically between floors, the length of a single straight line of the bus duct shall not exceed 3.6 meters, and for a single floor, it shall not exceed 3.6 meters. Fixed intermediate supports shall be installed in the interlayer. The connection point of the bus duct should not be made through the floor. When the bus duct is installed through the floor hole, no sewage or debris shall enter the interior of the bus. Bus duct plugs and feeding holes should be located in safe, reliable, and convenient installation and maintenance positions. After the installation of the plug-in box, the bottom height of the box should not be too low. On the fixed structural frame, the spring of the locking mechanism bracket is secured through a nut; After installing 4-5 layers, loosen a nut from top to bottom to allow the weight of the bus duct to be naturally carried on the spring of the bracket. After fastening the bus duct, the bending degree shall not exceed 1 degree. The two bus ducts installed in adjacent buildings in the vertical direction should have a center to center distance of no less than 0.35m and edge to edge distance of no less than 0.1m. When the straight laying length of the bus duct exceeds 60m, an expansion should be set up. Expansion joint.
7. Before installing the plug-in box, first open the safety baffle at the busbar slot socket. Before installing the bus duct plug-in box, push the switch inside the box to the OFF position; Insert the plug-in plug from the busbar slot socket into the busbar slot in phase sequence and ensure it is properly inserted. No live plugging or unplugging! The distance between the left and right sides of two adjacent boxes must be greater than 0.04 meters, the margin between the front and back must be greater than 0.15 millimeters, and the edge of the box must be at least 0.1 meters away from the wall. After installing the plug-in box, fix the front and rear claw shaped card plates on both sides of the busbar slot and tighten the fixing screws. For plug-in boxes with large switches inside, load-bearing support arms should be installed at the bottom when installed vertically; When installing horizontally, load-bearing clamps should be installed.
8. The transition connection of the bus duct is connected to the starting point of the bus duct and the terminal of the distribution cabinet. The transition connection of the bus duct should be made of tin plated hard copper. When the starting end of the bus duct is connected to equipment with high vibration such as transformers and generator sets, copper wire should be used. Edit software links. When connecting copper busbars and aluminum conductors, copper aluminum transition blocks or copper aluminum transition blocks should be used.
9. The management personnel for safe transmission operation of bus ducts must be qualified professional electrical equipment installation and construction personnel. Non professional personnel must leave the site. During the transmission process, the bus duct system cannot withstand any electrical load, and all branch devices are disconnected. Measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter, and the overall resistance of the line should not be less than 1M Ω.
