  1、The continuity of the protective circuit is related to the PE line

  1.1 The protective conductor and the secondary unit busbar should be connected to the PE line conductor busbar,reaching 50%of the phase line and equivalent cross-sectional area.

  The conduction resistance of the protective circuit for conduit and PE line should be≤0.005 ohms.The unit dissipative conductor with jumper should not be less than the equivalent cross-sectional area of the protective conductor for PE line.

  1.3 Except for the accident current of all power supply equipment in the line,the PE wire of the bus duct dissipates from the PE conductor of the bus.At the same time,PE wire is used for safety protection of bus ducts.Therefore,it is designed according to different current specifications.Different specifications of PE conductors ensure the transmission and dispersion of accident currents.The switch that provides signals to the busbar quickly activates,cutting off the power supply and quickly evacuating emergency current.Ensure personal safety with low accident voltage.Therefore,when designing and selecting bus ducts,there must be requirements 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 to ensure the safety and stability of the power supply system.

  2、Temperature control protection

  The key technical indicator of busbar trunking is temperature rise.How to control the low-temperature operation of busbar trunking and ensure that the products provided by the busbar trunking manufacturer can operate at full load and achieve the required temperature rise are key issues.

  2.2 Detection and Protection

  Each current level of the bus duct in each circuit.Install protective devices at the wiring terminals of the mainline unit(the busbar protection device has two functions:over temperature alarm and over temperature cut-off circuit.The busbar main power switch has two functions).Over temperature alarm refers to the ambient temperature plus the temperature rise you set.For example,if the product you ordered is 70K and the ambient temperature today is 20°C,the over temperature alarm temperature is set to 91°C.When the temperature of the bus duct reaches 91℃,the bus duct protector will start to alarm and prompt maintenance.If the temperature continues to rise to the limit temperature(the limit temperature is the insulation material selected for the bus.If you choose Class B insulation material,the limit temperature is set to 130 degrees.When the temperature rises to 130 degrees,the signal is transmitted.Note that the main switch of the bus will cut off the power to ensure the safety of the bus).
