The National Certification and Accreditation Administration and China Quality Certification Center have issued some technical parameter announcements to review the production qualifications of enterprises for their 3C certificates and 3C testing reports. The 3C certificate and inspection report of the bus duct can reflect the technology and current specifications of the certified products of our company, in order to determine whether they meet the usage requirements of the project. Review technical content: ① current specifications, ② protection level IP, ③ short-circuit withstand strength ICW=KA, ④ ordinary busbar or fireproof smoke exhaust busbar or fire-resistant busbar, ⑤ if the above 7 technical data meet the technical requirements, the certified product can basically be used with confidence.
2. Production quality control audit
Inspection: For conductor inspection, whether there are instruments for measuring the resistivity of bus conductors, whether there are bus voltage testing devices, whether there are temperature rise bus capacity testing equipment for current interception, and testing equipment for protecting circuit continuity are directly related to the qualification rate of production enterprise products. Only with these testing equipment can the company provide effective basis for ensuring the quality of factory products.
3. Command review and testing
The conductor specifications of the bus duct are 15-20% cheaper than those in the electrician's manual when the current carrying capacity is 40 ℃. Bus ducts with poor heat dissipation are more favorable, such as bus ducts. When there is a discrepancy in the current carrying capacity calculation, it is recommended to conduct a temperature rise limit verification test.
