The structural characteristics of dense bus duct:

1. Strong heat dissipation capability

The phase and phase dense bus duct are tightly attached to the casing, thus capable of withstanding significant electrical and thermal stresses. And it can quickly dissipate the heat generated by the conductive discharge, with a large current carrying capacity. The joint is fastened with insulated bolts and connected with double copper bars, effectively increasing the contact area of the joint and greatly reducing the temperature rise of the joint.

2. Environmentally friendly products

The conductive busbar of the dense bus duct is wrapped with flame-retardant cross-linked polyethylene heat shrink tubing, which has strong insulation performance and does not release toxic gases in case of fire.

3. Flexible cabling and

The interface setting of the dense bus duct is flexible and convenient, and can accommodate a large number of sockets, with strong versatility. When adjusting the position of electrical equipment, there is no need to change the power supply system.

What should be noted when installing dense bus ducts?

1. Dense bus ducts should be transported or installed to prevent damage to the insulation of the connectors. If damage occurs, please have the manufacturer repair it before installation. And the joints should be kept clean. Clean promptly with a vacuum cleaner;

2. Do not use the impact method to insert during connection, as it may damage the insulation board;

3. The insulation resistance of each unit can usually reach 500Mn, and 20IVm is a low requirement;

4. Binding with steel wire rope will damage the protective layer of the bus duct casing;

5. The direction of the dense bus duct should take shortcuts to reduce its energy loss;

6. During the installation process, if the spacing between busbars is found to be incorrect, it must be corrected immediately before installation;

7. The tightening force of the core bolt affects the reliability of the electrical connection, so a torque wrench is used for operation;

8. The function of the pressure plate is positioning, so the bolts of the pressure plate should not be tightened too tightly to avoid affecting the free expansion and contraction of the busbar;

9. The insulation resistance of the bus duct must be measured every time the unit is installed. This is an effective measure to check whether the installed bus duct is short circuited;

10. In addition to electrical connections, there must be mechanical fixation between the distribution box and the bus duct to ensure reliable operation of the distribution box;

11. Completely compressing or loosening the spring during installation is considered an abnormal situation. After adjusting the spring elasticity, connect the spring support to the bus duct housing, and then loosen the nut on the spring support to expand the bus duct upwards.
