For safety reasons, when installing dense bus ducts, the following precautions should be taken to achieve twice the result with half the effort:

1. Conduct necessary inspections: including checking if the casing is intact and if there is any damage Insulation and voltage withstand testing.

2. Installation preparation:

(1) Vertical installation of pre embedded brackets for bus ducts;

(2) Preparation holes for vertical installation of bus duct;

(3) Horizontal installation of bus duct) Pre embedded support holes for bus duct.

3. How to better connect dense bus ducts:

(1) Remove the connecting cover, insert the two bus ducts together, then thread the connecting bolts and insulation sleeves through the connecting holes, and tighten the connecting bolts with a torque wrench;

(2) When connecting the cover, it is necessary to cover it, as the two bus ducts have already been connected;

(3) When the bus duct is connected as a whole, the grounding device of the bus duct unit should be grounded.

4. Vertical installation of dense bus duct:

(1) Before installation, install a spring as a support on the bus duct. Then, in our pre installation, install the bus duct on the channel steel group. The spring can support a large load of 150kg;

(2) After tightening the two bus ducts, pay attention to the straightness not exceeding 5 degrees;

(3) When installing the bus duct vertically, pay attention to the fixing methods and techniques of the bus duct. The starting and ending points of the bus duct will be suspended on the floor when the incoming box is not in contact with the ground. The starting and incoming boxes will shake, and the end point of the bus duct will stand on the floor. This way, use a horizontal mounting bracket to install and fix it.

5. Horizontal installation of bus duct

When installing the bus duct horizontally, the distance between two problematic support systems should not exceed 2000mm, and bus ducts of 2500A and above should be appropriately developed to reduce the distance between supports.

6. Installation of dense bus duct plug switch box:

(1) Remove the socket cover at the busbar slot socket and the two different screws on the top of the society;

(2) Automatic control can be achieved by turning the switch operation handle to the OFF position, unscrewing the butterfly screw of the plug-in switch box, removing the bracket, and then inserting the plug-in switch into the bus duct;

(3) Tighten the screws, cover the bracket, and tighten the screws.
