1.Conventional bus duct laying
(1)Horizontal installation,when the bus duct is installed overhead:
The installation spacing of straight sections should not exceed 2 meters,and the specific installation spacing requirements should be proposed during the busbar routing design period based on site conditions and load conditions.
The installation bracket should be placed at both ends of the connector.The maximum spacing shall not exceed 1 meter.The connector should not bear any weight.
Be very careful when positioning the sliding rod to avoid placing hangers at the connection head and plug-in box positions.Sufficient ceiling spacing must be left for the plug-in box.
(2)Vertical installation
If vertical installation of bus ducts is required,a vertical spring bracket must be used.Vertical spring brackets must be used on each floor,and if the floor height exceeds 4.9m,a middle hanger is required.
(3)Installation through walls
When the CESKO bus duct passes through walls or vertical obstacles,the opening should be at least 100mm larger than the external dimensions of the bus duct.For single and multiple section bus ducts,the horizontal and vertical spacing between the two sections of bus ducts,walls,and ceilings must be considered.
During the installation of busbars through walls,special attention should be paid to using fireproof mud for fire sealing.The specific reference process for Guangdong Cisco General is as follows:
Take out the organic fireproof blocking material and knead it into a ball shape.If the temperature is too low,the blocking material and packaging can be heated in warm water at 40-70 degrees Celsius before operation.
The holes that need to be sealed must be cleaned thoroughly before sealing.
Spread,embed,and fill the blocking material evenly in the gaps of the holes.For larger holes,fireproof mesh can be used as a skeleton to increase strength.
(4)When connecting the busbar to a diesel generator or transformer,it is advisable to use a flexible connection method.
2.Laying of terminal bus duct
The end bus duct system consists of the following three main components and related accessories:
(1)Power supply box(also known as port box or starting box)
Connect the 4+1 cable to the switch of the UPS outlet cabinet to provide initial power supply for the entire busbar trunking system,with specifications including 100A,225A,250A,400A,800A,etc.
You can choose to configure preset monitoring modules to monitor the power data of the entire bus duct,support multiple communication protocols including Modbus RTU,Modbus TCP,and wireless signal transmission,and seamlessly integrate into the entire building management system(BMS)or data center infrastructure management system(DCIM).CESKO provides key information necessary for optimizing management and efficiency.
(2)Main body of bus duct(also known as straight section of bus duct)
There are usually three main specifications:1 meter,2 meters,and 3 meters.

(3)Plug in Unit(also known as Plug in Box)
It is divided into various connection methods such as single plug-in boxes,three plug-in boxes,industrial connectors(couplers),etc.The plug-in unit is directly connected to the PDU or final electrical equipment inside the cabinet to provide power.
Pre configured monitoring modules can be configured to monitor the distribution data of each PDU,supporting multiple communication protocols including Modbus RTU,Modbus TCP,and wireless signal transmission.They can be seamlessly integrated into the entire building management system(BMS)or data center infrastructure management system(DCIM),providing key information necessary for optimizing management and efficiency.
(4)Attachment section
Bus duct connector,used to connect two bus ducts.
End cover,placed at the end of the bus duct.
Suspension or support component,a type of installation screw that can be connected to expansion bolts on the ceiling,used to hoist the bus duct on the ceiling,or connected to installation brackets above the cabinet or under the floor to fix the bus duct.
Dust cover plate,used to cover under the bus duct to prevent dust.Generally equal in length to the bus duct.
Installation tool,used for connecting two sections of bus ducts.
The laying and installation of the end bus duct can be divided into cabinet top installation or anti-static floor installation,both of which must have installation and maintenance space.The maintenance space width of a single busbar duct shall not be less than 300mm,and the height shall not be less than 500mm;If two columns of bus ducts need to be arranged in parallel,the spacing between them should not be less than 100mm.
